General Questions about the Data Deposition

BMRB Group accepts the general questions and feedback for ADIT-NMR website and data validation and annotation of NMR experimental data for BMRB deposition via following text form. Regarding the questions to know the procedure of BMRB deposition, please read the "PDBj-BMRB Data Deposition Tutorial" and supporting information on ADIT-NMR first. It might take a week or 10 days to get an answer from PDBj for the technical and scientific questions. (e.g. I can not fill the data in this inputting style, or how do I describe my data in ADIT-NMR?)

Inquiries about Your Submitted Entry and Data

If you have received at least an e-mail related with your entry processing from wwPDB annotator, please send e-mail as "Reply" on your mail brower for your inquiry. Then, please leave the text strings of "BMRB Entry xxxxx" (xxxxx is a five-digit Number) in "Subject" item of your mail browser.If you receive no response from PDBj annotators after you submitted your entry at ADIT-NMR, please let us know about such issue via this form. It is required that you supply your "Restart session ID" which was assigned at your ADIT-NMR session.
